Are all your products really made in the USA?
Absolutely. Unlike other platforms, we have a thorough vetting process to ensure every product is both designed and made in the USA. We focus exclusively on small, independent brands โ€” because there are enough places to shop imports. USA Handmade is about supporting your local community.

Do you make or ship any of the products in-house?
Nope โ€” every item on USA Handmade is shipped directly from the artisan who made it. If you ever need help beyond what the artist can provide, just email us at hello@usahandmade.co and weโ€™ll jump in.

Do you ship internationally?
Thatโ€™s up to each individual maker. Some may, some may not โ€” check the product listing or reach out if you're unsure.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Not at this time.


๐Ÿ“ฆ SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long does shipping take?
Because each item is handmade and shipped directly from the maker, please allow up to 10 days before reaching out. These are small studios, not warehouses, and we ask for your patience as your item is crafted and shipped with care.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes โ€” once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking.

Do you offer free or flat-rate shipping?
No โ€” since each maker ships from their own studio, shipping is calculated per vendor.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
USA Handmade does not accept returns directly. Please reach out to the artist listed on your order to discuss options.

What if my item arrives damaged or something goes wrong?
We get it โ€” things happen. First, contact the artist directly. If youโ€™re not getting a response or need backup, email us at hello@usahandmade.co and weโ€™ll do what we can to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, due to time zones and how quickly some artists begin production, order edits or cancellations arenโ€™t guaranteed. Please order carefully.


๐ŸŽ GIFTING, CUSTOMS & MAKERS

Can I send something as a gift?
Yes! Please leave a note at checkout requesting a gift note or packaging, and weโ€™ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Not at the moment โ€” but many of our artists do! Check individual listings for details.

How do you choose your makers?
We have a curation process to ensure each vendor aligns with our values โ€” including a commitment to USA-made goods, sustainable practices, and quality craftsmanship.

How can I apply to be a vendor?
