Rose City Tonic Concentrate

A floral twist on a classic tonic, this blend balances delicate rose notes with the crisp, slightly bitter edge of real quinine from cinchona bark. Bright, aromatic, and refreshingly dry — perfect for an elevated gin and tonic or a floral mocktail.

Recipes & Uses:

Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with vodka or gin. 

For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
