This washed Caturra from Inzá bursts with the lively sweetness of clementine, the creamy depth of butterscotch, and the bright clarity of yellow cherries. Grown at 1,900 meters on the slopes of Finca Santa Maria, its light medium roast highlights a cup that’s clean, vibrant, and effortlessly balanced.
At 38, Édinson Sancho has turned his small farm into a living laboratory of passion and precision. Alongside his wife, Yeimi Medina, he experiments with varieties and processes that elevate quality while preserving the biodiversity around them. He is part of the Chiroso nursery projects, the reforestation program, and the pruning demo plots, spaces that strengthen his knowledge and allow him to share experiences with other producers.
