Sorghum is known as the "sweet syrup of the south". With its distinctive flavor and complexity it can be described as earthy, woody and even smoky depending on the process and sorghum plant used. In our lovely concoction we marry a sweet sorghum with all the delightful fixings of an old fashioned to create a warm inviting "stay a spell" sort of candle.
